It’s hard to put into words what God is doing through PLL. God is touching people and those they love (and are learning to love) through the culture of this community. We spent over two years creating our Guiding Principles, honing and refining them to ensure their practical expression aligned with our intended impact through the ministry. |

During our annual event (CPAK 2025), the Guiding Principles were on full display through the conversations and meetings that took place for three days in Hickory, NC. Please click on this link to experience a taste of the weekend. Many of our Discipleship Coaches and team members came to the weekend tired and left reinvigorated for the work ahead of us.

We are now 41 Certified Discipleship Coaches strong! We had 3 of us in 2019. We now have 41 of us in 2025. The Lord is working! We used to call our coaches Coach Presenters and our groups courses. But as part of our strategic development, we are pivoting to use language that more accurately reflects their roles. They are now called Discipleship Coaches who deliver Discipleship Intensives. There was a ton of excitement in the air as we revealed the first night their new titles and presented them with updated ribbons for their name tags for the weekend.
